Clarive Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Clarive! This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay beyond our normal processing time.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $50 ship free.
  • Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Expedited Shipping 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most international destinations. International orders typically take 7–21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery. We are not able to predict or control these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't locate it, contact us at clarivesupport@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at clarivesupport@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
