Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Items:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping is free — we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

Refunds & Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be processed as either:
A refund to your original payment method, or
Store credit — your choice

Please remember refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Start a Return:
Contact us at clarivesupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no cost to you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
